SHIPPING: We generally ship all items within 1 business day from the time we receive an order. If there is a company wife delay, or if an item is back ordered it will be clearly stated on our website. We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All packages can be tracked through their website at www.usps.com.
All Orders will be shipped via priority mail with tracking. Orders over $100 will be shipped with a signature requirement, unless otherwise specified. Overnight shipping is available upon request. We can add or remove a signature requirement to packages upon request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do ship globally. However, we can’t keep up to date on every country’s laws regarding CBD. Make sure to check your country’s legal status of cannabidiol (CBD) before ordering with us. We are not liable for knowing the legal status of CBD in every country. It is your responsibility to know your country’s laws before ordering with us.
LOST PACKAGES: If a package gets lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen) we will absolutely re-ship the order. If the tracking information however says the package was ‘delivered,’ then this means USPS successfully delivered the package to the given address and our job has been effectively accomplished. If it says delivered, yet it’s lost anyway, we ask that you check with housemates or family to see if they received the package without telling the intended customer. This scenario happens fairly often. Wind storms can also cause the package to roll over into a bush or off a front porch. USPS will not mark an order as delivered if it hasn’t been, so please look carefully. We do not refund or re-ship items that USPS tracking says were successfully delivered.
PACKAGE SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS: If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the order was placed online by a customer, than the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has returned to us. So please, when ordering, make sure your shipping address is 100% accurate, as making any mistake could significantly delay the delivery.
When placing an order over the phone, we will read back your shipping address (and other ordering information) and double check that it is 100% correct every time.
RETURNS: We accept returns and offer a full refund on unopened items only, as long as the order meets two conditions.
1. Only a client’s first order is eligible for returns;
2. If returning CBD oil, only 1 ounce (100mg CBD) bottles and less are eligible for returns.
For example, if a 1 oz bottle (300mg CBD) is purchased, or if it’s a person’s 3rd order, the items won’t be eligible for a return, as our hemp derived CBD oil is a perishable food that can’t be resold.
All returned items must be received by us within 14 days, and the customer will receive a 100% refund for all unopened bottles. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the items back to our store.
